Personal Injury Lawyer Emerges from Wreckage of Law Firm Metaphor
So many issues, so little time! Once again, I'm the subject of a post on David Giacalone's ethicalEsq, accused, among more serious crimes, of keeping Mr. Giacolone from enjoying his Saturday. Thank goodness tomorrow is another day!
Anyway, for the third time, I want to emphasize that I appreciate Mr. Giacalone's website about legal ethics and appreciate his contribution to the field. I only take issue with him when he impugns my own ethical practices. To anyone who is interested in our back-and-forth (now being noticed by others, I see), I invite you to read Mr. Giacolone's comments, as well as my response, to my post of earlier today.
Frankly, this thread is beginning to remind me of those depositions when both sides want to have the last word on the record. As a result, the deposition never ends. In this case, since I'm looking forward with great pleasure to the demise of this thread, I'm going to let Mr. Giacalone have the last word. Say what you want, Mr. Giacalone, and I promise not to respond.

I like your sense of humor, Evan. My last post was written before I got to see your Comment responding to my Comment, responding to . . .
I'm feeling old and feeble and concur heartily that this thread ought to cease and desist.
